Our utility was in a bind. We needed about 30 towers (115kV and 230kV tangents and dead ends) made in about 6 weeks. Locweld stepped up for us. They took our old hand drawn drawings and fabricated and shipped over 1 million pounds of lattice steel to meet our deadline. I was really impressed with their manual conversion of drawings. There was only 1 steel member where holes were incorrectly punched. Locweld replaced that member within a few days. Locweld rose to the challenge for us.
